The project is located within the intervention polygon in the San Cristóbal district, in the Aguas Claras neighborhood of Bogotá, Colombia. This is a popular neighborhood known for its community self-management initiatives, such as urban gardens.

We base our approach on three fundamental concepts that shape the project’s name:

  • Bio: Represents sensitivity to the natural environment.

  • Resilience: Achieved through the creation of oxygenation spaces in areas that were previously neglected interstices, contributing to insecurity.

  • Modularity: Reflected in the repetition of modules that shape both the urban and architectural space.
