Large-scale residential, hospitality, and commercial development featuring over 300 aparta-suites, retail spaces, and premium amenity areas in Santa Marta, Colombia.

As Project Coordinator and Architectural Designer, I contributed to the architectural development, BIM modeling, 3D visualization, and multidisciplinary coordination of the project. My role focused on design development, technical coordination, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to maintain design quality, technical accuracy, and project objectives throughout multiple stages of development.
