Development and coordination of residential projects across Florida, ranging from custom single-family homes to residential renovations and additions. Responsibilities included architectural design development, 3D modeling, construction documentation, and coordination with clients and consultants throughout different project phases.
Projects were developed in compliance with local building codes and regulations, ensuring both technical accuracy and high-quality design outcomes tailored to client needs and lifestyles.

One of my greatest academic achievements is participating in the 2021 Venice Architecture Biennale, representing Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with the workshop “Which City for Which Future?”, contributing to global discussions on the future of cities and urban development.

Large-scale mixed-use residential and hospitality development featuring over 300 aparta-suites. As Project Coordinator and Architectural Designer, I contributed to design development, BIM modeling, 3D visualization, and multidisciplinary team coordination throughout various project stages.
My role involved ensuring design quality, technical accuracy, and effective collaboration between stakeholders, supporting the successful delivery of a complex, high-density development.
