This project earned second place in the Multiconfort Student Contest 2020. Developed in Saint-Denis, an area that has undergone a transformation, shifting from an industrial zone to a space focused on sports and housing. The main goal is to promote sustainability and create cohesion among the 143 foreign communities present in the sector. Taking into account these factors, along with the partial plans for the area, our concept of Sustainable District emerged. In this project, we aim to combine different uses, spaces, and technologies through a series of modulations that allow various species to coexist within a microecosystem. Furthermore, we extend the boundaries between private and public spaces toward the collective, offering a spatial variety that encourages encounter and interaction.
