MAHA House was conceived as a contemporary-industrial countryside residence, where openness, functionality, and spatial integration define the living experience. The private area features a primary suite with an en-suite bathroom, along with three secondary bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

The social spaces are organized within an expansive open-plan layout that seamlessly integrates the living room, dining area, and kitchen, fostering interaction and enhancing spatial continuity. Extending outdoors, the residence opens onto a terrace equipped with a BBQ area, jacuzzi, and outdoor lounge, creating an ideal setting for relaxation and social gatherings.

The project is completed with two parking spaces, ensuring comfort, practicality, and a balanced connection between contemporary living and the surrounding natural environment.
